Here is a free chamber music concert where you will be treated to performances by a number of chamber music ensembles.

One of the ensembles that will be performing is a double bass quintet. The quintet will be presenting two items scored for the double bass quintets. These are:

  • Georges Bizet's Carmen Suite (arranged by Norman Ludwig). 
  • Simon Garcia's Danza Chinesca.

BASSically will be performing at the Singapore Children's Society Awards on 17 Jun 2015

BASSically will be performing at the Singapore Children's Society Awards on 17 June 2015 (Wed) at Pan Pacific Singapore. At this event, the Singapore Children's Society will confer awards to individuals and organizations in recognition of their efforts and immense contributions towards the cause of helping children in need.

We are thankful for the opportunity to play music to celebrate the joy of contributing to worthy causes and to give thanks to the individuals and organizations who have made our community a more loving one for all, particularly children in need. Our heartfelt thanks to Singapore Children's Society for the invitation.

Congratulations to Sanche Jagetheesan for a successful duo recital with Ms Lin Jiaxin on 7 Apr 2015. A month after the duo recital, Sanche Jagetheesan will be presenting his solo recital as part of the assessments for his Bachelor of Music course. Do go and support him.
